How many different types of Pagani are there? ›

There are, fundamentally, three: the Zonda, Huayra, and Utopia. The Zonda and Huayra were/are produced in a ton of variants, coupes and roadsters, with various differences. They market the Imola as “not a Huayra” but let's be real, it is.

The Zonda: The Zonda became Pagani's flagship model and went through various iterations, including the Zonda F, Zonda Roadster, and Zonda Cinque. These cars were known for their powerful AMG-sourced engines and striking design.

Since its founding, Pagani has produced only 450 cars.

The Pagani Huayra is illegal in the US because it doesn't meet the stringent NHTSA guidelines. More specifically just one guideline about airbags. It was missing out on an advanced feature that allows airbags to be deployed in a controlled manner when children are seated in the passenger seat.
