Right after I went to a tire plus to get my alignment and was later asked if I also wanted to balance my tires too since they were new. I told them I had it done at Walmart and they said that the balance was never done since there was only old weights on there with no new ones. I called Walmart service manager and he was like no way, but when I told him I was at tires plus and what they said to me He gave me a full refund right away. That was the last time I went to Walmart for any tire service. I live out in the country in E.Texas and the farthest I'd have to drive is 18 miles.
