The S2 Del Mar was originally scheduled to go on sale in early 2023, but its launch was delayed to later in the year. Livewire began taking reservations for the S2 Del Mar last year with an estimated list price of $16,999, but has now lowered that to $15,499.

The original motorcycle was relaunched as the LiveWire One, also shaving around $7,000 off the price tag to under $23k.

Harley-Davidson spun off LiveWire via a SPAC merger with a goal of retaining 74% of the EV's stock. The SPAC's investors, however, chose to cash out most of their interest rather than own LiveWire stock. Harley had to infuse the EV company with another $100 million, which gives it a 90% stake in LiveWire.

The 2024 Street Glide starts at $25,999. The CVO Street Glide (starting at $44,499), which debuted in 2023, is distinguished by its Milwaukee-Eight VVT 121 engine, a Rockford Fosgate Stage II four-speaker audio system powered by a 500-watt amplifier, a unique suspension setup, and a raft of styling changes.

The 2024 LiveWire S2 Mulholland is available in authorized US and Canadian dealers for $15,999; it will reach other markets beginning in 2025.

Harley-Davidson says the maximum speed is 110 mph (180 km/h) with claimed 105 hp (78 kW) motor.

Last decade, Harley-Davidson was one of the first major motorcycle manufacturers to offer electric motorcycles to its inventory. It's no wonder, however, that the company's CEO, Jochen Zeitz, has already stated that the brand's future will be entirely electric.

In 2014 Harley-Davidson global sales were 329.776 and no one could imagine that – ten years later – sales were declining by the half. Sales declined for sixth consecutive years until the 2020. Then in 2021 the recovery was temporary before the trend was back down in 2022 and – unfortunately – in 2023.

A total distance of about 130 miles, mostly highway. On the books, the LiveWire has a 70-mile highway range, but owners have seen around 90 miles while averaging between 55 and 60 mph.
