It’s been so long since I’ve posted a recipe roundup that I’ve been having link withdrawals. Because my cookbook Let Them Eat Kale! was published last week, I figuredit would be appropriate toshow you some of the most mouth-watering kale recipes from around the interweb. From salads, breakfast, entrees, to soups, smoothies, and sauces, you can find all sorts of leafy recipes here. There are SOmany kale recipes out there that it can be almost overwhelming. Just type, “kale” into Pinterest and prepare for an epic mind blow. Because I’m constantly on the look-out for tasty kale recipes, I decided to share some of my favorites. These aren’t your average kale recipes. They’re otherwordly!
